Real Racing 3 (Rumored) Discontinuation?
After the 2 "old" events: "All or Nothing" and "Porsche Mission R LS" has made available to play as a (small) part of Season 5 Round 3, many people commented in the "RR3 Trackside" Facebook Group that the game will give up receiving updates, others state that there will be a miracle from Slingshot about the official v14.0 patch notes (not v14.0.1). Plus, I don't really like to say the game will come to the end... What do you think?
Please don't shutdown the RR3
Have you heard the latest news about the game real racing 3? I'll tell you my point of view. I found out about the game in June of this year. I liked it so much that I played it for days on end. Lots of cars, real tracks, nice graphics, isn't that cool? But suddenly today came. The news has reached me that my favorite game is being shut down. But how did it happen? The game was popular, it was the best racing game on mobile devices (and even in general). And I was at a loss. What should I play now? Dear developers! If by some miracle you come across my post, do not shutdown the game servers. I need your game, and so do several million other people on this planet. If you don't want to promote the project at all, do everything, but don't shutdown the servers. I hope you'll notice it. I am not fully sure, but I think future updates should add some new features. Maybe better graphics or new cars would be good, but at the same time the game is already fine. Some people may want more missions, while others enjoy free driving without rules. Online mode could also be interesting, but it might make the game more complicated. So I feel mixed about what should be added. What do you think should be the main focus in future updates—more realism or more fun features?
Rumble Racing PS2 Port!
Rumble Racing is still such a solid PS2 title and requesting EA make an effort to at least port the original to PS5, Xbox, and Switch. I'd imagine zero licensing issues since it's all original content iirc, and was even contender for best racing title in 2001. It's also aged super well. I'm surprised this title was never touched again, so much potential and absolutely brilliant. A remake would be fun too but a port would be enough for the time being. Rumble Racing is one of those games I'd play on a weekly basis if it were ported to modern consoles. PLEASE consider, EA.Feature Request: The Time Is Right for the Nürburgring Nordschleife
Hello Firemonkeys Team and Fellow Racers, I am writing as a dedicated, long-time player of Real Racing 3 to put forward a strong and persistent request for the inclusion of the Nürburgring Nordschleife. The Nordschleife is the most iconic missing piece in the game. While RR3 offers an excellent selection of tracks, the "Green Hell" remains the definitive automotive challenge and is universally requested by the community. Its addition would immediately elevate RR3's status as the top mobile racing simulator. Addressing Technical Concerns: I understand that the sheer length of the track (over 20 km) has historically posed a challenge for mobile hardware. However, given how far mobile technology has advanced in the years since RR3 launched—with modern phones offering significantly more processing power and memory—I firmly believe that implementing the Nordschleife is now technically feasible without sacrificing performance. We are ready to experience this legendary circuit in Real Racing 3. Please consider prioritizing the Nordschleife for a future major update. Thank you for your consideration! Hello fellow EA community. I write this post due to several issues regarding these Codemasters "legacy" games. Recently it was known that various Dirt and GRID games are going to be shut down on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, including: Dirt 3, Grid 2, Grid Autosport and Dirt Showdown on March 2026. But this comes with two problems: 1st problem: The Online Passes or also known as "VIP Passes", are no longer available on those storefronts. Well, ofc, the Xbox Live Marketplace for Xbox 360 is already gone, so unfortunately is no longer there. But on PlayStation Store, they're not. And they haven't been for a long time since Codemasters (when still independent prior to EA acquisition) delisted them. 2nd problem: The codes on physical copies, including brand new, sealed copies of the game were made expired, meaning that they're useless nowadays, even if it had a expiration date of 2027 to put an example. Similar to the massive shut down of the old F1 Codemasters games back in 2023-2024, Codemasters support stated persistently that the online passes couldn't be sold again because of "licensing issues". The thing, is the online pass are just a single use token that grants users access to online features. They don't grant access to Ferraris or Citroën cars, which is mistakenly thought so by Codemasters support guys. The "licensed content with issues" would be those DLC vehicles or circuits, but not a online pass. I mean come on. This is a post made with the intention of asking Codemasters or EA if they can reinstate, at least for one last time those online passes onto the PlayStation Store, or make these codes on brand new copies redeemable and possible to use. I expect the same "licensing issues" answer, or that "PlayStation 3 Store infrastructure is old and this content cannot be added again". Hoping a sooner answer or clearance about this information. UPDATE, 23 September 2025: Hello again, I come to edit this thread because now EA, on the name of hypochrisy has fast forwarded the closure of the servers to november of this year. The original meant dates for March 2026 have been forwarded to November 2025. This is absolutely stupid. If you stated that they were closing on March 2026, then THAT'S THE DATE THEY MUST CLOSE. But instead, seemingly because I'm the only guy asking for the online passes availability, you probably said "Yeah, this guy's asking for things we aren't gonna add again, let's move the closure dates for the sake of money and let the PS3/Xbox 360 die already". It's a shame that NOBODY from Codemasters or EA it's able to reply to one single discussion where a user KINDLY ASKS FOR A ONLINE SERVICE THAT SEEMS YOU DON'T EVEN CARE ABOUT. At this point just add the online passes back again to the PlayStation Store on PS3 and stop being like that, stop making online trophies/achievements unobtainable because of single-use online access tokens that cannot be get anymore, honestly, because this is hypochrisy at level 99 percent. Guys I found out this cheater called XX JeppeXD in an endurance race that I did with the Audi R8 LMS ultra in the porsche circuit who did score 312 km which is in a traditional way impossible. I did my honests 16 km score which are just not not enough to beat him and I want to denonce him for cheating bc he simply don't let normal players win. Help me plsI didn't get my full reward (RR3)
I was racing in F1 events in Season 2019 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix Event (For Renault Team, if it matters). I didn't get the car, because the time ended. BUT, it still said I'll get a 1,000,030 coins after finishing the event. So I did, and the problem is I only got 250k. Did it happen to someone else and can anyone tell me what to do? Thanks.
