I've been fighting their "help" for days and gotten nowhere.... good luck.
I received some VPs and the gold cause I started both events in the past, but didn't finish them. But I still miss both cars. I completed the missions, but didn't receive the cars yet. Will this be fixed as well?
I’ve chased them up 3 times but to no avail. No indication as to when - it’s over a month!! - surely this is a straightforward resolution.
So, they stuffed me…
their recent reply “I do understand that you are quite upset with what has happened. Had I been into your shoes, I would have felt the same. But unfortunately, the Support Team is not able to compensate for this issue.”
So, despite playing and completing the game and paying gold for upgrades to do so, they decide to ignore me!
Thanks fpr your effort Dave. But its really frustrating. If you completed the events, like other did. They receive the cars and I don't. Thats not fair. And I am still waiting for the cars.
