DOES DIRT 5 SUPPORT CROSS-PLAY?

DIRT 5 allows cross-platform and cross-generational multiplay for public lobbies, which means you can matchmake with players playing on a different platform than you. For example, if you’re playing DIRT 5 on PlayStation 5, you can matchmake with both PS5 and PS4 players. Playing on Xbox or PC (Windows Store and Steam)? We got you too!

Please note that cross-platform matchmaking is only available for public lobbies.

How do I turn on cross-platform matchmaking?

If you’re matchmaking with a party of players, you’ll have to enable cross-platform matchmaking.

Here’s how to do this:

  1. Go to Profile.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Open the Online menu to turn on cross-platform matchmaking.

    Sorry to say, not quite what i was looking for.

    I know that matchmaking is cross play, but im wondering about invites.

    Can I, on steam, invite a friend, on PS4, and create a party that way?
