- @EA_Groguet Hi EA_Groguet. Here are my details:- Platform = Steam on a Desktop PC running Windows 11 Pro. Since = Approx 9 am BST on Friday, May 10th, 2024. Error Message = " YOU'RE NOT CONNECTED. Check your connection status and make sure you are signed in. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information". When the bug occurs = Bug occurs every time Grid Legends is launched, preventing online gaming and remote saving of career progress or time trial times to Racenet leaderboard table. However, game plays fine in offline mode.
Hi EA_Groguet. Here is my information:-
Platform = Desktop PC running Windows 11 and Steam.
Since = About 9.30 am GMT on Friday, 10th May, 2024.
Error Message = " You're Not Connected. Check your connection status and make sure you are signed in. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information".
The bug occurs = On every launch of Grid Legends. This prevents online gaming but, if you say "okay" to the error, offline gaming works fine. However, I'm not sure if my career progress is being saved correctly.
Note = Two other family members (with separate EA accounts) are having exactly the same issues.1. Launch Steam
2. Launch Grid: Legends
3. Fail to connect
how hard is that to figure out ?
- Hi EA_Groguet. Here is my info,
Platform - Desktop PC running Steam with Windows 11.
Bug Since - Last Friday evening (10th May 2024).
Error Message - " You're Not Connected. Check your connection status and make sure you are signed in. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information".
The bug occurs - Every time I launch Grid Legends on Steam. This prevents logging onto "online" gaming. However, if you say "okay" to the error, you can play "offline" with no bother. Bit unsure if my progress in the game is being saved properly. - @EA_Groguet Hi Groguet - My details are as follows:-
Platform - Desktop PC running Steam on Win 11.
Bug First Appeared - at about 7 pm last Friday, May 10th, 2024.
Error Message - " You're Not Connected. Check your connection status and make sure you are signed in. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information".
The bug appears - Every time I launch Grid Legends on Steam. This prevents logging onto "online" racing. But, if you say "okay" to accept the error, you can play "offline" okay. The only problem is, I can't be sure that my career progress is being saved properly. - @EA_Groguet Hello Groguet, It's been 7 hours since your post. Is there any chance of an update on the resolution progress?
Many Thanks - @EA_Groguet Hi Groguet, any chance of a progress report on finding and zapping this pesky bug?
