Try running a night race at Barcelona first in gt cars then go to yokohama drift night track after. Same thing happens when you run a night race in Moscow after initially running a night race in Barcelona. The Spanish flag gets projected on to the buildings in moscow
Edit:- so this glitch can be a little tricky to recreate It also tends to happen after completing a career race at night then setting up a night race in race creator on any track that uses projection effects

Exact mode, track layout, track sequence, etc. This has only happened since installing the Demolition Derby DLC and the latest patch
