Additional data not downloading .....it stuck at 0.0% also im using wifi with 1mbps

Im currently undergoing the same issue where it refuses to download and stalls on 0.0% forever I've tried everything uninstalling reinstalling several times clearing cache only downloading from playstore basically everything that can be done and it still doesn't boot worst part is the data consumption keeps increasing and yes I'm on the latest version of the game. And it's not frozen as the circular icon is actually spinning.

What do mean by downgrade
Everything is upto date and mobile is also new 12gb ram 256rom, snapdragon 7gen, android 14, 5g connection - 300mbps downloading speed, 100 mbps uploading speed, still showing to connect to wifi, not working on mobile network, tried everything. Problem is in the application, not in the devices.
