Scrolling in race creator bugged [too fast]

Scrolling through options in race creator is bugged, it will autoscroll at top speed and it's impossible to select anything, if you want laps it just blazes up to whatever number it wants, you can't select the second option in boosts, I don't know what it is because it goes by too fast.  They patched the game and never patched this rather critical bug. Others have mentioned it, when can we expect a fix?

I'm running an Nvidia 1660 Ti on a 144hz refresh rate. i5-4590 16GB ram
