Season 4, Rd 2, Stg 5 - Lap Magnus..? Your kidding..!

Season 4, Round 2, Stage 5, Goal 1 of 4. Lap Magnus without any damage. Unless perhaps you have to be fully upgraded to complete this goal, there is no way you can catch old mate Magnus. (I always thought he was a cheat anyway..!). This could also be one of those challenges where you have to do it 20+ times to complete it, otherwise I estimate by the distance metres behind marker that Magnus is at least half into the final lap when I cross the finish line. Tried running him off the road at the beginning without damage, but this didn’t get me very far.

Either a glitch in the programme, or we are being forced down the road of a full upgrade..

Can EA provide feedback on this one please..!

    Ok, even with 3 laps of Spa, which requires a full service of 3.5 hours (or gold or 7 or so adds), Magnus' total race time slowly increases with each attempt, so after 8 - 10 attempts (depending on whether you are fully upgraded or not - and I'm not..), you will eventually get this.  Apologies to EA for assuming you have yet another glitch in the system.  So now, I'm not kidding when I say you can lap that cheat of a driver, Magnus...!!

    Ok, even with 3 laps of Spa, which requires a full service of 3.5 hours (or gold or 7 or so adds), Magnus' total race time slowly increases with each attempt, so after 8 - 10 attempts (depending on whether you are fully upgraded or not - and I'm not..), you will eventually get this.  Apologies to EA for assuming you have yet another glitch in the system.  So now, I'm not kidding when I say you can lap that cheat of a driver, Magnus...!!

    It's difficult but possible. Give Magnus a 180° pit maneuver. Since you can't damage the car I suggest tilt B controls so as you're gently turning him you let go off the accelerator. Then drive very hard and take off-track cuts. It should be no problem to do it with only stage 1 upgrades

    At what point exactly, I have tried to turn him, I have 16 upgrades in the car and still I have not been able to catch him, I can't even get close, the most I could do was the 4,800 meters (5,249 yd).
