I have exactly the same problem. I noticed on the second screenshot that we are stuck at the same number of km for Equita Oil: 81/90.
I am not far enough with the other two sponsors to compare but it would be interresting to know for other players with the same problem if the number of km is the same for every one or not when they get stuck.
