Steam EA Play to EA Play Pro Save

Hello,  I need some help, I played the 10 hours on EA Play via Steam and now I have bought the EA Play Pro Subscription on the EA App but It has reset all my progression... is there a way of transfe...

Hey @Demise_Ollie, 


Do you know if your Steam account is connected to the same EA Account you used to log into Origin?

    Hello, yes they’re all connected. Even when I login to racenet I can select Steam or EA profile. Makes no sense why they’re aren’t linked as one save. 

    which is now forcing me to buy the game on steam instead of ea play pro

      Hmm, I see. That's definitely weird. 


      I think it would be best to reach out to the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. I'm afraid we don't really have a way of looking into account issues here on Answers HQ.
