Unable to connect to autolog need for speed most wanted 2012

I can't connect to autolog servers on my Ps3 I have done all the basic steps by support including wiping the Ps3 cache, unfriending  excess people signing out of psn and It still doesn't let me connect to autolog

On this website the Ps3 servers are not discontinued,

    Hey PhantomGhostX16​ 

    Both PlayStation 3 and NFS MW 2012 are older systems/games, so support for them might be limited. However, can you try disconnecting your console from the internet, launching the game offline, and then signing back in to PSN, and not work?
