Vehicles upgrade off do not work

Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
In what game mode did the bug occur? Online Race Creator
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a lobby with a person with an upgraded car and a person with a stock car with Vehicle upgrades turned off
What happens when the bug occurs? Car are still upgraded
What do you expect to see? When it’s off, every one should be in a stock car

    @NathanMcKane2 yeah moost of the times you just cant win cos if u dnt have upgraded car theres allways someone who have all the upgrades and u never beat him. Even if u drive like a god. This should be fixed as soon as possible...

    Same issue. Been playing online today with a friend, and purposely wanted to set vehicle upgrades off for a fair field of cars, but clearly some cars were much faster than others. Earlier like 2 races before I noticed it aswell with my Ford Mustang GT 4 where I have upgrades and I noticed that my car was really fast despite playing with vehicle upgrades off. Please fix this

    When creating a lobby in race creator and setting vehicle upgrades to OFF, they still remain ON anyway. This completely breaks balancing online and makes it unplayable with random players.

    @NathanMcKane2 Also experiencing this and it completely ruins online racing, this is a catastrophic bug and needs to be prioritized immediately.

    I made a post in the general discussion that adds to this.

    Even if the upgrades were off, they purposely made cars feel sluggish unless you upgrade them.

    I think if you turn car upgrades (probably should be changed to "car performance") off, it should give everyone equal performance of course, but as a fully upgraded car.

    The base cars accelerate and change gears slowly, lose all power after 3rd to 4th gear, never hit top speed.

    I only suggest this because me and my group of friends all have busy schedules and really just don't have the time to upgrade our cars. We just want equal racing, preferably with full car performance.

    Just my 2 cents.

    @WHODATMcLaren I honestly think it does not matter whether we have stock or fully upgraded performance of the car in online multiplayer but it needs to be fixed quick.

    It is absolutely unfair to be fully upgraded and racing vs others in stock cars, it is also absolutely unfair to be fully stock and racing vs others that are using fully upgraded cars. It should be priority to release an update that fixes this issue.
