    I'm delighted to share that Microsoft has informed us they have resolved the issue. Providing your console is connected to the internet and is able to download the latest Xbox system update as well as the v2.0 update for GRID Legends that released on May 19th, you should no longer see Xbox shutdowns related to the game.

2.march 2022 after 11.56am (have it recorded on phone), 

From Start (After crash that turned xbox off) started story from begin) performed Power cycle, reinstall game, deleted save data from cloud and console storage.

Car - First Car in story mode at "New beginnings" chapter - First introduction race

Xbox set in 120Hz  in 4K

10th March, After 10.49 pm

Story mode -Moscow Race -Finish 10th or above chapter with Modified tuner Mustang, again after reinstall game, deleted save data from cloud and console storage. managed play longer than til introduction race..only to Moscow race chapter in story mode.

10th March after 10pm after previous crash, restarted game from deleted data from cloud and local storage. Started story mode again. Managed play story until Yokohama Docks Elimination race with FORD GT. I crashed with car so wanted restart race. after race game crashed ( I stopped recording)

10th. March after 11.26pm from restart game after crash of previous above mentioned. didn't uninstall or deleted datas. just restart game.

Again playing story, managed play til- "Beat Valentin Manzi" chapter with stadium track in Paris

11tg March after 0.34am after previous crash above mentioned, deleted data everywhere, reinstalled game. started play story mode again 45 mins from relaunch game til chapter "Manzi Digs Deep" where crashed at moment raced with FORD Gt multiclass race in Chicago.

After few days didn't record itbut crashed in race creator too, can't remember what track or car..but it did same..it simply crashes anytime, either MULTIPLAYER or offline, story or race creator..

Date ifvrecording is real but when comprimed in phone, date of it changed on date comprimation day.

    Related to the above, were you switching from Online to Offline before your race, or the other way round?

      I would like to receive a refund, microsoft rejected the refund because i bought the game more than 14 days ago, can you please help ?

        hmm.it's tough to come so far to request a refund, understandably..but I think MS rejected it because u achieved some trophies ( completed achievements) that is against refund policy☹️. I'll wait till it gets fixed, as I am in love with this game so trying be patience..but can't play it ..I hate that moment it crashes and turns xbox off😡
