Edit - If your unaware also some of these power challenges require Draw/Fade but it will state that in the challenge notes, so if it does just slightly move your left thumbstick for those challenges where it asks for that.
Interesting. Sounds like it is definitely a bug then and across all platforms.

If anyone also affected could reply to it with their experience it may help get this resolved.
For anyone keen just to get the challenges completed I would recommend creating a brand new golfer purely to do so. I say this as I've found I can get Long Drives to trigger OK with a brand new player (zero skill points or specs applied) but not with my main character (level 47 and using DJ's Driver spec). I've posted videos demonstrating this in the bug report thread.
I think I figured it out. You can't use power drive. Has to be a regular drive shot with driver going over 300 yds with 100% or more power. the whole time I was using power drive and I think that was the problem. So now it is counting lol.

I'm sure you're right it shouldn't be a power drive but as per the example video in my bug report it doesn't necessarily need to be over 300 yards but there is something more complex going on. At least for me on PS5.
