Different Swing Animations with Different Meter Timing
I have been playing golf games for years and they are always pretty much the same. One thing I am surprised that NO GOLF game in the industry has done at least from what I can tell is make it to where the timing matches the golfers actual swing! I am a slower speed guy therefore I need a slower swing attribute. NBA games have shooting styles of every player to dictate shot meter, why hasn't this been incorporated in ANY golf game in the industry. If it's a cash grab you are looking for, I would pay for an older John Daly Swing or an armature swing rather than the same swing regardless of the player.
CHEATERS!
when are you going to take the cheating seriously in this game, it's obvious now who cheats, people are getting "good" overnight? playing the same people over and over again then all of a sudden, they can keep up when they usually get blown out is a cause for concern, same thing with the daily/weekly/seasonal tournaments, you have people that don't "usually" post a good score then the next day they're on top of ALL leaderboards or close to it, hmmmm.....
Inconsistencies of shots
How was this game released with the shot mechanics so broken? You can line up a shot and hit it the same way and the ball lands 20 yards away from the same shot set up. Reading greens is near impossible the moving lines are wrong 50% of the time. Some greens are faster uphill then downhill. Wth EA do your devs have no shame?
Kill the high winds already
Tournaments, h2h, career…it’s all high winds and it sucks. Just ruins the game, I don’t want to play like this. Maybe the top players in the game like it because they’re so good, but for the rest of us, the wind blows. If it’s not crazy winds, it’s the worst courses. Please EA, kill it with this wind nonsense.
I can't be a top player if...
... if all I do is replay the 4-hole tourney over and over and over until I get a top score but are nowhere to be seen on the 9-hole or 18-hole tournaments tour level and above, and can't fathom the wind after hundreds of hours, so-much-so I avoid windy sets tour and sim. I might show my face when the tee boxes are brought up to blue or white but I'm kidding myself. Nope, I have to accept I'm not a top player and it doesn't matter how often I tell myself and tell others, I'm not and have to accept there are much better players than me. Oh well, at least I can own it...
