Summarize your bug The enhanced hair setting does not change the characters hair (and causes no impact to performance) on an A750 or A770 while it does both of these things on an AMD graphics card.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to settings > visuals > Enable "Advanced Hair" using an A750 or A770
What happens when the bug occurs? The hair stays the same as if you had the option set to disable
