Online ranked round stats don’t get recorded

For example if I get 4 wins and 1 loss the leaderboard does not reflect that. I have been recording my stats on paper so I confirm that this is happening. How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Hard to determine. Play several rounds and and track manually if the leaderboard matches paper recorded results. What happens when the bug occurs? Stats don’t get recorded on online ranked leaderboard What do you expect to see? Correct stats I have recorded manually about 30 rounds by hand and have noticed this trend of the game not recording the stats correctly. No matter the time I wait to check the leaderboard the stats never get adjusted correctly.
PS5 Multi-player
Have a PS5 version of the game. I made two characters, one for myself and one for my wife. We have two controllers of course, one for her and one for myself. When we try to play only one of the created characters is located and can be selected. I can select either of the two characters but the other is not found in the player listing. I can select a game character to play the added player. Also, both controllers are actively usable for both players when we are playing. In other words if she is taking a shot with her character my controller can interfere with her shot. How do I get both of my created characters to be selectable when we are playing? We DO NOT want to have to use a game character for the "added player".
Error Code 23!!!
Hi! I'm getting error code 23. I Have tried cleanboot etc all "stuff" I've read from this forum. How I can get back my saved progress and also continue to play career? I've tried these also: " Repair/Verify your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair) EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance Close other running applications on your device Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game"
