Sorry it took a bit to get back to you.
So before you address the putt to hit the ball. Click on the triangle button once. This will put you in camera mode... then clicking down on the joystick you have configured to swing with, should toggle you through the different camera modes (high, middle and worm cam). From here you should be able to use the joystick zoom in, out and around 360°.
I would suggest turning off the putt meter as well, and get a feel for rolling the putt. I found it much easy to get a feel of putting with it off.

@ELF014 Ok have had a little go this morning with the golfer that reached top level and had a -2 at Augusta with only 1 bogey, thoug I did have 1 chip in.
I'm now going to start from scratch with another golfer and try and not use any added skills apart from using some specs, and just play and see where it takes me

But just to confirm... you did find the worm cam? And did you note that once selected a camera angle, it will be the default everytime you click on the triangle button?
- @ELF014 I did find the worm cam though took some time before I got really low. but I still need to work on that, though I did notice once I clicked on the triangle it was there next time.
every week I seem to learn something, only found out last week that I could play a putt on low view
I think I will have to add some of the skill bits as playing without nothing is very painful not being able to use some shots like finess or flop.
I'm going to be a long time before I back you on the green speed though, I had 2 greens where I hardly touched the ball and it went over the hole, with 1 ending up in the bunker on a level putt

- @Katybee_1313 I've had to go sim, because I need the extra challenge. I don't play online because of the cost. Also after seeing a few post about the online games I'd be very frustrated if I was getting booted or had no 1 to play with
@SpurS1964, I play only the free online tournament for coins. I don't like tournament and head to head. The only time I played head to head or alternate shots was on TW14 unranked with the other girls in our Country Club.
As an aside, I have no idea why they have a swing meter in sim during those tournaments. I hate swing meters, that's the first thing I disabled when I got the game and my settings are far from sim. That's one issue where I agree with Elf.
- @Katybee_1313 until I properly get the hang of the game, only been playing for 3 months but play a lot due to health issues forcing me to retire when only 55 (now 59), I won't be disabling swing meters though I might give it a try on a practice round.
I only play a tournement when it's part of a daily quest, though only finished in the top 100 once (was joint 3rd).
I also need to practice shot shaping as I've struggled with it since I first went to Tour mode

Once you get a feel for lag putting you will have everything within 2 feet of the hole. Plus uphill putts are ridiculously slow.
But I'm glad you found the additional cameras.

the annoying thing that happened a little to often when attempting it was a strong deviation the moment I hit the put.
I haven't found out how to disable the putting swing meter
@Katybee_1313 I did attempt 2 rounds without the swing meter and will need more practice especially for shots around the greens

As for the swing meter, I thought came kind of naturally not to use it. You can use the same visual cues as you would in your own swing by where your hands are during the swing.
