All match play ranking stats are gone!

I spent over an hour today in a chat with an EA rep, as I am beyond disappointed as I am sure several other people are as well. As of 3:30 a.m. eastern time, after playing a match play, I went to check on my status in the rankings, and all of my data was completely gone and there was nothing but dashes next to my name. In the ranking all time I was ranked second, and in the seasonal, which was the last 7 months or so, I was ranked first for match play. All of that status is gone. I'm assuming it is some glitch, but I am really hoping that this can get restored as soon as possible, as I have played every single day for the past 2 years, and several hours a day to reach that level. Please let me know if anyone hears anything about a resolution on this. Thank you very much!
