My game in career keeps freezing everytime I try to play my 4th round of the players championship and it won’t let me skip the event either

I’ve recent;y purchased this game and also crashing on round four of a pga tour event. I’ve tried googling fixes and tried deleting save making a new golfer nothing works. I’ve put money into this by buying boosts to level up and now I’ve lost the use of my golfer. What is the fix or I demand a refund
I never had this issue on PS5. Most of the people complaining about this were on XBox, they had Quick Resume on. For most, turning Quick Resume off solved their issue.
