an error ocurred while saving

So i bought the game on July 29th 2024. Ever since then i´ve had the issue of game not saving settings etc. Also wont be able to play career because of this error code. It just says "An error ocurred while saving (error code: 5). Would love to have someone solve this for me. I´ve tried so many ways to make it work. Uninstall, Repair, Clear cache, Check Firewalls, Check for any block from the wifi. Like everything i could find online i´ve tried. It´s really annoying to pay for a game and then not be able to play it!!!
