Application not found

I play PGA Tour through Steam, and after many months with zero errors, and not this. There was no "crash" to the game, normal play and exit normally, however, the next day and I get the errors below.

your only option is to then click OK and then you see:

EA Sports PGA Tour
Failed to start process for this game : "The operation was canceled by the user." (0x4C7)

Any ideas on how to get this back going without losing all of my stats?
