I agree on the roll-out, especially with woods, long irons, etc. I switched my 3 and 4 iron to a 5 and 8 hybrid which helps a little but even a 5 iron can roll forever whether you bring it in as a high fade, draw or not. And never mind trying to stop a 3 wood. The biggest beef I have is if you try to dampen the ball by hitting the fairway just in front of the green, on most courses and most of the time, the ball just dies and you get no roll-out at all so you can't rely on playing a shot short of the green to roll-on. Even bringing in shots low has no affect most of the time. Are there different ball dynamics for drive and approach shots?
