Unlike Rory McElroy 15, you can’t swing away and add massive amounts of spin and stop the ball next to the hole. This game makes you think about your shots first. Wedges and short irons (anything more than a 7 iron are pushing it) will not roll as much when aimed towards flat or uphill parts of the green. In cases were you have to use a wood or long iron (ie a long par 3) aim the shot short of the green to account for the rollout and hope for the best. Using this strategy I have found much success. For example I was able to play 72 holes at Augusta and shoot -41 for the tournament. Just pay attention to the elevation differences when aiming your wedges and short irons into the greens and I think you’ll like the results b
