Just to check, do you realise that there is intentionally a random element to shot outcome, that can be significantly reduced via developing your player's skills and through the addition of specs?
My general take: yes the game has lots of bugs as sadly all modern games do at launch but there is still lots to like with the game and personally I'm enjoying playing it. I have however deliberately not started a career mode, since with most new games there always seems to be significant issues with these, so waiting for the biggest issues to be fixed tends to give a better experience. I also actually prefer to have got to grips with a game a bit before starting a career mode so I don't mess up how I do through beginner mistakes or just learning how the game works.
Note I'm not suggesting it's unreasonable for people to be complaining that they're having issues with career mode - it absolutely is!
