To check which platform are you playing on? Also, do you get an error message with the crash or does the game just close?
If you would prefer to look at a refund option instead of trying a few steps, it would depend on where the game was purchased.
For purchases via the EA app check the following articles on requesting a refund. If you purchase PGA Tour on another client or platform you would need to speak with the platform holder for further assistance on refund requests.
