I wanted to confirm if this was still an issue for anyone?
If so would it be possible to get the following?

- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- Are you getting an error message?
- Does this happen to any other account on the device?
- Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:

I had this issue before, I had to empty the cache of my PS5 to get it working again.
