Can't play Masters - Game Crashes To Desktop Immediately After Intro Video

Just wanted to stop by and say this issue is still a problem even (checks notes)  2 years after this initial post. Kind of crazy. I was able to play from start and through 1 full season with my first character. Created another one for funsies and now cant play it because I am in the amateur part. Is my first character gonna have the same problems when the masters tourney comes up? Probably.
