I hope they take this seriously as it really limits the playerbase since it prevents casuals from just playing a chill round and seeing a lot of different courses.

This should never of been a future update, it should have been in the first update! Matchmaking is trash so let us choose the rounds we want to play in career mode please.
So in career mode can you not simulate a round in a 4 round event?? I used to like playing all reg tour events that weren’t majors or Players (as I would always play all 4 rounds of these events) as 3 round events… I’d play round 1 then sim round 2 (and sometimes miss a cut) then play rounds 3 & 4. I found it dampened my win total a little more realistically and sped things up a little bit too.
Yes that's correct, you still cannot choose the amount of rounds.
