Career Mode Is Overwriting Past Tournament Results In Future Seasons

Summarize your bug In Career mode, at the bottom of the screen you can go and select the menu which will show all the events for the year. In that menu you can toggle between every season you play and see the results of those tournaments. However, when you play the next season, once you complete the same event again, it overwrites the results from previous seasons for that tournament. I.e. In season 1, my character came in 4th at Farmer's Insurance Open at -9. In season 2, I won the tournament at -22. When I toggle between both seasons, I can only see the results of Season 2, and not Season 1 any more for that tournament. Strangely enough, the little trophies displayed above each of the tournaments stay the same (i.e. the trophy above this tournament in season 1 still says 4th however I can't see the correct score anymore). This bug doesn't occur until you play the same event again in a future season and complete that event. It has happened to me with two events in the second season, so it's not just a bug for this specific tournament. It doesn't overwrite any stats found on the stats page, just in the season tournament progress section

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play any tournament in Season 1. You can then simulate to Season 2 and play the same tournament to completion. The Season 2 results should now be present in the Season summary results for both Season 1 & 2.

This is a strange bug as it only seems to be related to the season progress page and not affect the stats section of the career mode. This only started occurring after the last patch, so I don't know what could have caused it.
