Career mode issue

I have a game breaking issue with my career save 

everytime I try to play the 4th round of the event the game crashes before I can start, I tried skipping the event however this also crashes the game. 

as I result I can’t progress with my save and it makes the game unplayable until this is resolved 

please can I get some help
