Career progression deleted

Are you getting an error message? No. It just reset my career without any errors

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? 2023-04-05. Still there

Is anything else happening? Nope. All my other progression like quests, equipments, golfer levels and skills are still there.

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: I tried creating a new golfer and switching back to my main golfer. Tried rebooting, logging out/in of EA app. repair game from the EA app.

Find attached a dxdiag and a clip of the game showing my "lack of" career despite my golfer's progression in quests and skills. Also, when I try starging a new career, once I select a tour, I have to go back to the main menu to continue to select the lenght and difficulty. When I go back, I apply the settings but nothing happens. The career doesn't start and I can't even go back to the main menu. The whole career mode seems bugged for me at the moment.

This is almost the exact thing that is happening to me. 

My PC seemed to crash mid game in a career mode match mid hole. I restarted my PC and loaded up the game and clicked career mode. When I attempt to enter career mode it asks me what tour I want to play on as if I have never played career mode with my golfer. After restarting the game and repairing the game the problem remains. Now I cannot even enter career mode as when I attempted to click "start on pga tour" nothing happens and the game seems to endlessly load nothing forever.

Summarize your bug Was in the Korn Ferry Tour final tournament. Went to start it back up today. And it said "Where do you want to begin you career?" So all the progress I have done is now gone. When I try to click USGA Amateur nothing loads. When it finally loads and you have to select AI difficultly and round lengths. The game freezes and you have to force quit it.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try and continue your career that you have been playing since launch...
What happens when the bug occurs? Can continue with your career you have been playing. Game freezes and you have to force quit it
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to continue my game where I left off.

I haven't deleted any game files. I'm trying to continue my career, but it's acting like there isn't anything there. I have leveled up a bit, so I'm not really looking to restart and want to keep playing where I have gotten too. If I can't I will probably look at getting my money back. 

Happen to me today.

After selecting the tournament in the menu to start the tournament the game froze.

Alt+F4 to exit the game. 

When I got into the game and was going to resume my career, it ask me to start from the beginnig again.

Golfer is still here (XP and Points are intact).

Any fix for this?

So this has happened to me now and I've tried everything to get it to work again. Verify files on steam, change settings around in game, switch install locations from C: to D:, re-installed three diffrent times.. .and nothing has worked except one thing (which doesn't even count). Make a new golfer. You can get into career mode via a new golfer but after spending 20 hours or so on a golfer, I don't obviously want do to that. Also, I created the new golfer, got in to career mode, switched back to the main guy... same thing.
