Career progression deleted
My career progression has somehow been deleted. I was on the 3rd round of the PGA tour season and my electricity cut at home. When I booted the game back, the career mode is back as if I never starte...

So this has happened to me now and I've tried everything to get it to work again. Verify files on steam, change settings around in game, switch install locations from C: to D:, re-installed three diffrent times.. .and nothing has worked except one thing (which doesn't even count). Make a new golfer. You can get into career mode via a new golfer but after spending 20 hours or so on a golfer, I don't obviously want do to that. Also, I created the new golfer, got in to career mode, switched back to the main guy... same thing.
I have a similar problem but I havent been able to play career mode at all, not even once.
I have tried 50 different things suggested to me but nothing helps.
Also reinstalled a couple of times, repaired etc.

Is anything else happening? It is soft freezing when you go to pick career mode after you pick the tour you want to start in. Then after you back out and click career again it gives you the settings for the tour you picked before you backed out the first time. You then try to apply settings and the game hard freezes forcing you to force quit.
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: Repiar the game on EA app. Redownload it as well as delete all local files after deletion. The guys on xbox and ps5 are deleting their local game files and its working for them since the player and mode are saved server side.
