Career progression deleted

I have the exact problem playing on pc.  Are there any solutions?

For the past 4 days my game hasn't been working properly.  When I first boot up the game, it says I'm disconnected from EA servers.  When I reconnect, my custom golfer is gone - he's been replaced by Scottie Scheffler.  My entire career mode progress has been wiped (at least 15-20 hours of playtime), and it prompts me to fully restart the mode (Korn Ferry Tour, PGA Tour, etc).  Most of the time the "Store" tab doesn't show any items.  100% of the time I select the "Golfer" tab the entire game crashes.  I can still play quick play, challenges, and online, but no career mode and no customization.  I'm beyond frustrated right now.  I've tried restarting my Xbox & router, reinstalling the game, and avoiding using quick play, but nothing has worked so far.

Same here but I don't even have a top menu or a manage golfer button and game freezes or crashes if I try to force it to go to store or challenges from ads-like tab. Seems like a server side issue nothing fixes it. does it on my account on PC or xbox x

Thank you that worked for me as well. Even though I lost my career progression at least I can start over and actually play the career mode instead of being stuck in the menu.. Hopefully EA can find a proper fix so that it doesn't happen again.

Hi @Dendel13 Can we get a bit more information on this?

- Do you play on more than one platform?

- Own the game on the Xbox profile you are playing under or do you game share?

- Do you own PGA Tour on another platform? 

- Also to confirm do you have an open NAT Type, and are fully connected to the service in your Xbox network settings?

Summarize your bug If you start a hole in career mode and quit & save your progress at any point after you hit your first shot, no matter where you were on the hole when you quit you are returned to the tee on that hole when you resume. Obviously, this can be exploited in cases where you have botched the hole badly but, just as long as you quit/save before you hole out, you get to replay the hole from scratch. It's a get out of jail free card no matter how you look at it.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play any career event. Start a round. Hit 1 shot. Quit out of the round and save your progress when prompted. Then restart the career round.
What happens when the bug occurs? You are always returned to the tee no matter how many shots you hit on the hole when you quit.
What do you expect to see? I would expect to be returned to the position on the hole where I was when I quit/saved progress.

Why it took me so long to discover this is a tribute to how little I have been quitting in the middle of a career round.  But I haven't seen anyone else anywhere report this yet.

Summarize your bug so a few days ago i was playing a round in career mode and my screen blacked out and my pc rebooted. when i pulled ea sports pga tour back up my career was bugged to where u picked where to start from and nothing would happen (this bug is pretty well known and no fix afaik). so today i load it up to play a bit on a new character i made and the tos thingy is there to accept like its a first time launch. i also have to go through the rest of it ie difficulty, swing stick, etc then to character customization and im constantly gettting bombarded with this save error there was an error while saving after every single one. it shows up on every single screen no matter what i do and its really annoying. its only doing it with the character that i was playing during the reboot and following pick where to start from. my new character is completely fine.

What happens when the bug occurs? SAVE ERROR- THERE WAS AN ERROR WHILE SAVING.
What do you expect to see? none of this stuff showing up and being able to get back to into playing my original character who is level 40.

Hi there, 

I have played 5 Korn Ferry Tour Events. I missed the cut in the first two. Then had two top 10's and a win. In the first screen where it shows the location of your next tournament etc... the information is correct. However on the stats screen, it does not show this process. 

Screenshots are included. Any thoughts or possible fixes for this?

Has anyone actually gotten their career back? I'm over 70 hours into my career and it just deletes itself?! Total BS! I will not play this game again if it will just randomly delete my progress with no way to recover it.
