Career Winnings

Hi, just a quick one 

Why is the payout for winning tournaments in career mode a bit stingy? Secondly, why can't we have any earnings for winning tournaments a second time and multiples after that? 

It seems there is only a payout for the first time you win a tournament.

On the PGA tour tab in the quests menu we have chapter one only no chapter two and so on.

I am really enjoying the game so far especially career mode.
