when are you going to take the cheating seriously in this game, it's obvious now who cheats, people are getting "good" overnight?
playing the same people over and over again then all of a sudden, they can keep up when they usually get blown out is a cause for concern, same thing with the daily/weekly/seasonal tournaments, you have people that don't "usually" post a good score then the next day they're on top of ALL leaderboards or close to it, hmmmm.....
today 2/3/25 someone posted a -20 on the daily tour event (15 minutes after reset) then 15ish minutes later the same person posted a -21 so in 30 minutes someone played 2 (TWO) rounds (18 holes) and posted these BULLSH*T scores, hmmm... I don't think so, even at 2 minutes per hole it's going to take about 30 minutes to play a round.... this NEEDS to be looked into, I'm sick of -EA- doing nothing.....
Only -20? We have 5 users between -24 and -21 on PS5 right now for this daily Tour event. And the leader is -22 for Weekly Tour at Pebble Beach with 15mph wind. 😂
its not the scores, its how fast the score is being posted, less than 15 minutes to play 18 holes? not a chance
I don't even use quick play and putt and it takes me less than 20 minutes to play a round. And when I was using those in TW14, I played rounds in less than 17 minutes, and it took 15 to 20 seconds to load from hole to hole. TW 14 took longer to load to another hole than I did to play a par 3.
Anyway, the game is so dead for EA that this board is in the basement, probably just as a favor because they're still selling the game. EA even got rid of its exclusive rights for the Majors, 2K is now using them. That's how dead this game is for EA, they couldn't care less about anything we write here. I just look at some of the top scores and laugh. Some "new" players every week are starting to play tournaments and score lights out right away no matter the settings. I'm just happy to place top 5% or 10% when asked to. In a month, many are going to be playing PGA 2K25.
in my case i was bottom of the list but i practiced a few rounds and got in the top 10% yesterday on the 4 hole daily which i was proud of in any case i'm not a cheater some people just practice like i do
I agree that current EA dumped the exclusive rights for the majors since golf game has made it to the basement. PGA 2K25 will be first golf game since TW14 to have the rights to the Majors and Tiger Woods. I have preordered 2K25 and I am hoping it can be as good as TW14 or TW08. If it does, there would be way more players there.
theres a demo for 2k25 and it still plays like 2k23....
