Creating a new Golfer?

Okay here we go 😳 First off, if this particular subject already has a thread somewhere else in here please direct me to it because I really didn’t want to take the time to go searching for it (yeah, I know………LAZY 🤔😲🫣😂🤣) Anyway, I’m thinking about creating a female golfer in PGA Tour. I already have a male golfer who is level 40 right now but before I start investing time in taking a female out on tour I would love some insight from anyone who has more than one golfer and more specifically a male/female duo 🤔 What are the main differences if any between the two? I’ve noticed that there were some LPGA tour events on the Quest tab but do the female golfers actually get to play through a sort of LPGA tour? Or are they going to be playing the same stuff as the male golfers in career mode? And finally the last question…….does the new golfer get access to ANY of the equipment that your current golfer has? Or are they literally starting from scratch in EVERY ASPECT of the game? (Including the Pro Pass) Thanks in advance for any insight/help with this particular subject 😁👍

I currently have 2 created female golfers: One at level 50 and the other at level 38. I also tried creating a male golfer to see what clothes are available. Below are answers to your questions.

"What are the main differences if any between the two? I’ve noticed that there were some LPGA tour events on the Quest tab but do the female golfers actually get to play through a sort of LPGA tour?"

They both play in the same career and same tournaments. There is no LPGA event like in TW14. Female golfers can play in the Masters, US Open, the Open and PGA Championship. Their challenges are identical. As @ELF014 states, the quests and challenges don't reset and all VC are used up there. You also have to rebuild your player from scratch; this is why one has level 50 and the other level 38.

One major difference will be the store for shirts and pants. Females will have their own set of clothes that are different from the males. I actually would have loved my female golfer to have Tiger Woods' Sunday outfit.

"And finally the last question…….does the new golfer get access to ANY of the equipment that your current golfer has?"

The created female golfer will have all the clubs, specs, shoes, hats, gloves, golf bags and other equipment the male golfer had. The only thing that would not pass to the female golfer are the shirt and pants since they are completely different for male and female golfer.

  • @Cowboy1963 I can't speak for career mode.

But the new character will share everything but XP. You will have to build the new chatacter from scratch... but everything you purchased from the store should be available to you.

The challenges will NOT be reset. The VC, TICKETS... etc. Will be shared across characters.
