    @brang05020 i had this problem i think its because of gpu usage through monitoring msi afterburner
    and so i went to my windows settings and turned off hardware-accelerated gpu scheduling (i believe it takes some load off of your cpu and puts it on the gpu) and its worked ever since

In settings set up the update refresh rate of 60

    This may be true. I've try to change the refresh rate in FC24 and then the game crashed. Now I can't even start up the game anymore to change it back.
    I've also tried re-installing the game, but it still gives this same error. To bad you can't restore default settings in FC24...

      i have the exact same problem where i changed the refresh rate and now i cant even get in the menus to change the setting if you have been able to solbe it please tell me how if you havent solved then can someone helps us
