Tiger 14 was good, not their best but you could almost feel they were on the way out. I think that was the first nextgen one that has the really pixelated grass thing that drove me nuts, it took them a while to release too, I might have my Tigers confused though, but I think that was the one.
They have sunk a lot into it already and I believe they have a lot of reserve power because it’s so bare bones and it’s a live service game. If they add the right features moving forward, they can corner the market. So far they’ve been adding the wrong stuff like 60fps, not needed. I have it disabled.
If it’s money they want, they have a lot of blank canvas to work with. More clothes, socks, watches, glasses, pendants, player customization, country club hosted tournaments that cost coins, etc.
@Weyland4kIt looks like they're going the XP Booster Pack way, to help new players to be competitive online and in tournaments faster.
It's too late for it now. We are moving on to better golf games.
