Thanks for letting us know what your friend is running into with PGA Tour.
If possible could they try the following and check if this continues?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game

hey EA ,so im the friend with the problem of the app crashing 100% of the time.ive yet to play an entire round without the app crashing.and when it says try to reconnect it wont respond. i have to close the game and restart, to reconnect.i bought the pc version thru steam and have a feeling that could be the problem.i can play the game from start to finish without being online.but...unless your online you never get rewards,even though the game is beautiful,playing without incentive gets old quickly.and not being able to play with friends is even worse.i will try all sugestions and let you know if anything changes.thanks!
