Double analog input with DualSense on PC, Steam

I can't get past the player creation screen when starting the game. I'm using a wired PS5 DualSense controller, and whenever I move any of the sticks, it registers a double input. Steps I've already tried to solve it:

-Disabled Steam controller input

-Disabled PS5 controller configuration

-Disabled Xbox controller configuration

-Used DS4Windows

-Used different combinations of all of the above.

-Use nothing, just controller plugged.

I can see the button prompts quickly flash between Xbox and Playstation labels when using the controller, so there's some kind of conflict going on.

Nothing seems to work. My DualSense is uncontrollable with this game and I haven't even started playing.

Anyone else having the same issue? Any suggestions to solve it?

It works perfectly fine in other games.
