Same on PC.
They seem to have skipped Teeth of The Dog last week (weekly quest course) and gave us Quail Hollow a week early. I'm guessing we'll get even more Valhalla next week for the PGA Championship.
I'm fed up of Quail Hollow, hopefully they'll nuke those tournaments...
- @lolwhat1234 Although 8 is a lot in a week, I'll gladly re-play Quail again to get another 90k gold. Tickets are worthless so i'd rather use them to earn gold. I did all 8 weeklies just today, what a grind that was.
There’s nothing wrong with Quail Hollow. I would take Quail Hollow anytime over Wolf Creek (aka Maverick Creek). Every time Wolf Creek is the tournament, I normally prefer to be the point guard because I normally pass on that course.
All of the Valhalla weekly tournaments have disappeared, less than 12 hours before the end. I really hope the leaderboards are reinstated tomorrow with all of the scores intact. Though it would be entirely on-brand for them to just be deleted for a fresh start tomorrow...
- @lolwhat1234 this is stupid what -EA- did for last week, I had to choose either the weekly or the seasonal because I ran out of tickets just to see Valhalla for this week... real smart -EA-
and I'm sure you cost MANY other players the same as I did.... - @-Roasted513- How could you run out of tickets? Don't you play most of the dailies?
- @packattack04082 its 35 tickets daily, but I don't always play EVERY event, sometimes I have to waste coins on events (god forbidding -EA- removes the UNLIMITED entries) so sometimes I have to pay out a ridiculous amount on ONE daily for a "chance" at tickets (rng, bs winds, wrong putt lines, along with the other mishaps -EA- is incapable of fixing)
@-Roasted513-If you pay loads for chances of tickets on dailies then the cost benefit is lost. Tickets can be bought for 1000 so if you get at least Elite Ranked after one go, you are ahead. It's what I do. If it takes you loads of attempts to do better, then you could be wasting money.
- @Mark_Miwurdz It's best to just do 1 try for every event. I wish the game was designed that way. I've only got about 15 non-winner scores out of 1800+ tournaments and rarely re-try. I guess I heard that PC requires higher finishes to get winner, but I still don't think it's worth wasting gold trying tournaments multiple times.
Especially when you have loads of tickets already.
