Draw and Fade are reversed.

I am also having the same issue, but I don't want to turn off shot shaping as it's a big part of the game.

I could be wrong, but the way I understand that option, it doesn't disable shot shaping. It just keeps the swing plane vertical instead of needing to swing diagonally for fade/draw shots.

This worked perfectly. Thanks for the heads up. Is this an actual glitch that needs to be addressed?

I play left handed on PC.

Fade and draw are same as for right hander in other words, draw is fade and fade is draw for LH player

This is correct.

I'm using 3 click FWIW. Draw and Fade are reversed for me as well - to be clear it's the text that wrong. If I turn off shot shaping it make no difference.

With stories shaping off, draw and fade are reversed from what they were in the McIlroy EA Sports game.  Don’t know if this is on purpose or not.
