EA help is an endless loop

NO HELP!

EA help is a joke.....the same joke over and over and over...

RIDICULOUS

Need help with my account and I can not open a case.

Sends you back to help forum over and over.

Help just goes around in circles.

PLEASE FIX YOUR MESS!

    Hey Everyone, 

    I wanted to update this thread, If you are trying to reach out to support you can create a support ticket here: How to use EA Help

     

    For account issues, try the following steps:

     

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select the "EA Sports PGA Tour" game tile
    3. Then the "See all help topics" button
    4. Finally, select "I need help logging in to my EA Account"

    Available contact options may vary based on different factors, but you should have an option for Chat or Email to reach out to an advisor.

    I've been all through your help site, you just wind-up going around in the same circle of NO HELP over and over

    Your EA credentials may have expired, please try again or reset your password.

     

    Password has been reset multiple times!

    Can't contact server

    can't link xbox

    can't start a new case

    CAN'T GET ANY REAL HELP!

    this is getting exhausting!

    It's possible you're resetting the password for the wrong account. Do you happen to have multiple EA accounts? If not, the best I can advise is to open a case with the account you're posting here with.

    THE SITE WILL NOT LET ME OPEN A CASE, IT JUST SENDS ME BACK TO EA HELP!

    AROUND AND AROUND WE GO.....RIDICULOUS
