EA Servers kick back to XBox Home Screen
PGA Tour Road to the Masters will not let me play while connected to ea servers whatsoever. It just kicks me back out to the Xbox Home Screen with no warning or error code.

DATE THE ISSUE STARTED: and steps taken to resolve issue. Today 5/7/2024. I purchased the disc and installed it last night. It would not let me play while connected to servers and would kick me out to Xbox Home Screen. Made sure everything was up to date. Restarted system. Unplugged system. Cleared Cache. Cleared alternate MAC address. Cleared Persistent storage. Uninstalled disc and reinstalled it only to encounter the same problem. I’m stuck at home post surgery so I had my wife return the disc and then purchased the deluxe digital version through the Xbox store online. Installed it and still having the same problem. It saved my character and player settings, but will not let me participate in challenges or any sort of gameplay online it kicks me back to the Xbox Home Screen with no error messages or warnings. Even did hard restarts on everything Xbox and internet. The only way I can play is offline if I’m not connected to the EA server. I have never had a problem with any other game doing this. This is absolutely ridiculous. I can’t even do the challenges to learn how to play the game properly. Please fix this issue before I lose my mind being stuck at home in bed and can’t play this game.
