Error 23

After just 3 hours of gameplay, my career mode is now unplayable as it coming up with error 23. 

The game crashed and when i reboot the game it come up with failed to load save. After getting it to load it state save corrupted on when back to the choose your starting league but when i choose any of the options it gives me error 23 failed to save 

I am using Steam Version on PC.
I have verified game files via steam but no luck
