Error Code 5 (PC)

I turned off hints, reinstalled over and over. Windows is updated, gpu is updated. I signed into my computer as a administrator. Plenty of power on my ally rog handheld. I cleared ea cache. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks much.

Looks like it could be a corrupt data error. The program might be having issues accessing what it is looking for. Could be hardware or software.

But I'm just guessing.

  Took the time to grind My Career to max level and invest into my players equipment etc. Now I literally can't play a single event. I have searched forums, reddit for answer and it appears it's not just me but there isn't a fix either. it's been over a month and for the price it's unreal to me that I can't play my guy. I gave up and only logged in recently to do the Ryder Cup Challenges only to no receive the rewards and then not even be able to access the challenges at all. I've done everything, My pc is amazing, i've done a complete fresh reinstall and nothing. Everytime I go to play an event "error code:23" can't play. try to skip event "error code:23" im livid. I've never been more disappointed in a game and i've played Blizzard games for years.

Summarize your bug There is a bug, error code 23, that stops me from playing career mode. I go into career mode and try to start the match and it won't start. I've tried the 2 "fixes" in the forums: the one in the accessibility guide of the game and security on my computer.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure how you can duplicate it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't play career mode
What do you expect to see? A fix to a problem that has been posted for months or a refund on the game I payed $80 for that I can't play.

I have tried all the suggestions on error code 23 and none of them work. ls there perhaps something new l can try ? l can't get into career mode at all and l'm still in Korn Ferry. So frustrating because it's the best game on the market. PLEASE can we try and fix this problem !!!
