All time? Ben Hogan. Never saw him play, other than old footage, but taught myself to play from his "5 Lessons" golf book. My first good set of irons were the original Hogan Edge. Wish I still had them. He had an interesting career, including overcoming a life-threatening car wreck and winning 3 majors the same year at age 40 (possibly could have won 4 but the PGA dates overlapped with the Open!).
Had I seen him play anything other than senior golf, I'm sure I would have been a huge Arnie fan. Likely the most charismatic person our sport has had.
Growing up my favorite was Fred Couples and his smooth as silk swing. Tiger is just a few years younger than me, so he quickly became a favorite.
Today? Probably Bryson. During tournaments he doesn't seem to have much personality, but when he's in a more relaxed setting he's a great watch. He has appeared on many golf streamers platforms and always contributes to great discussion. You can tell he just loves the science of golf. He nerds out, and I love it.
