Features I wish were Re-used from Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2012-2014 to Current Game
I actually took another look at Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2012 to 2014 for nostalgia because I really enjoyed that series. It is expected that the Current Game has the superior graphics since it is already next gen. The 3 click, and putt preview are options retained for Current Game. But there are features from Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2012 to 2014 that I wished were reused for Current Game. My top ten list is shown below.
1) Weather and Wind Options. Players can select sunny, cloudy, light rain or steady rain for weather. Players can also select wind speeds from calm to windy. I wished the current game reused this feature. These options can minimize the effect of RNG.
2) Photo Game Face!!!!! I wished current game has this one. EA discontinued before next gen consoles became available. WWE 2K22/2K23 made a photo face editor for next gen consoles that made an accurate representation of celebrities like Ana De Armas.
3) Flagstick Select Options (Easy, Medium, Hard). I wished current game has this option because I am hitting the flagstick pretty often.
4) The amount of attributes is not limited to level 50. Players can fully level up golfers in Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2012 to 2014.
5) Ability to select players with similar skill level. In Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2012 to 2014, you can filter out online players you want to play with based on level.
6) You have the option to select a shot clock in Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2012 to 2014 to speed up the game; the options are between 30 - 60 seconds. When I play against Scotty Scheffler or Danielle Kang in challenge mode of Current Game, they take more than 3 minutes to make a shot if they hit the sand. I would rather wait 30 seconds than 3 minutes.
7) There is a large selection of clothing for Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2012 to 2014. Glasses were available, pants for women were available, and even a Panama Hat was available. It would have been better if a plethora of clothing for Men and Women are available in current game.
8) Specs are not available in store. Players do not need to log in to the store every day to only find out that Danielle Kang the conqueror's spec is there while they wait weeks for Dustin Johnson's wood specs to be available in the store.
9) Metric System and Imperial Units are available.
10) Players can hit a long approach shot with a 3 iron, 4 iron or 5 iron to the green similar to Tiger Woods' amazing 3-Iron shot in youtube video link below:

In current game, a long approach shot with a 3 iron, 4 iron or 5 iron ends up too hot towards the rough. After many mulligans and practice, I learned how to aim the shot short of the green, so the ball can slow down and make the green after hitting a long approach shot with a 3 iron, 4 iron or 5 iron. Tiger Woods' amazing shot can only be made under one condition: if there is a 20 to 25 mph headwind. Other than that, a long approach shot with a 3 iron, 4 iron or 5 iron will look more like Aaron Judge joining the PGA Tour.
