Freezing all the time and score glitches

Game keeps freezing on Xbox x whenever I am in the menus. Also glitches if I go to a playoff in carear. My score isn’t correct on the screens but the announcers are announcing the correct score.

After every round in carear it freezes and I have to quit and restart
